    I have been a long time Reef advocate for myself, my family, and friends. Reef shoes are great. This most recent shopping experience was horrendous. The sizing chart was difficut to understand for children. I called Customer Service and was assured the right sizes were ordered. Had to return the shoes (at my own expense) and re-order (with expediated shipping to ensure delivery before needed use.) It has been 10 days since UPS tracking indicates delivery to the return center, and I have not been credited back. Will buy reefs again, just not from Reef.com
