The reef leather fanning's are the GREATEST pair of flip flops I have ever owned. Once you wear a pair of these there is no turning back because it is unmatched by any style or comfort of any other brand or make. They last long if you dont abuse them too bad, truth being you can wear them for any conditions while throwing them around and they will hod true to value. Some people are concerned with the fact that there is a bottle opener on it, its really a usefull thing sometimes and it does help with the great arch support. These sandals look and feel relaxed enough to run around town and the beach but the leather makes is classy enough to wear to events. I love these sandals and will never buy a different pair again. Plus if you get stinky feet like i do the leather wont soak your sweat and smell bad like the regular fanning's do.

I use em on the boat, on the dock (two places that are always wet and slippery) so I like to have my feet gripping to the floor good and these do the job quite well. They have good arch so my feet don't get as tired when I'm walkin, they look pretty cool, even though the soles are rubber they have a diamond cut texture so my feet ain't slidin around in em while wet. Only two things I'd change is keep the soles flat, just rubber, no bottle opener (I mean who's gunna remember they got a bottle opener under there feet when they decide to pop a cap off a "coca cola", plus it gets annoying after you here " hey Charlie lemme use your sandal right quick" a hundred times) bad one Mr. Fanning, looks childish and dumb. Otherwise great sandal, I'd buy a pair again.

Love these flip flops. I wear them all the time; which is why I've had so many pairs. They are tight at first, but loosen up quickly.
